Wine tasting and wine cellar tour:
wine presentation and technical explanation with wine-tasting and appetizers.
The tour visits two separate areas: the upper level, where modern steel barrels for initial wine fermentation are kept, and the lower level, a wine cellar dating from the nineteenth-century, lined with French barriques, that are used to refine and age La Sala wine. The tour also includes a visit of the ‘Vinsantaia’, where the traditional method of VINSANTO production is explained. At the end of the tour, it is possible to purchase La Sala products.
