Azianda Agricola chianti classico FROM THE VINEYARD TO THE CELLAR
La Sala covers a surface area of 21 hectares, 15 of which are specialised Chianti Classico vineyards. The estate's cellar contains stainless steel vats and barriques made from French wood suited for ageing the well-structured red wines obtained from the estate's vineyards. The cellars are divided into three specific areas: vinification, ageing, and packaging and shipment.

MINI WINE TASTING COURSE:
40 € per person (booking necessary)
The course will be held by a professional sommelier and will include general information about wine (in particular Chianti Classico D.O.C.G.) and an explanation of the art of wine tasting. Food will be served with the wines.

WINE AND GOSPEL
(booking necessary)
A candlelight after-dinner event based on wine and gospel music against the beautiful backdrop of the Tuscan countryside. The concert will be given by the 40-strong Gospel choir of the St James American Church in Florence, SPIRIT OF The LIVING GOD, and three musicians - as always the audience wil be encouraged to take an active part in the concert. During the evening guests will be offered a selection of our wines, vinsanto, grappa and cakes.

DECOUPAGE
This basic course held by Laura Baronti, an expert in the subject, will introduce beginners to the artistic world of decoupage using a variety of materials and techniques, and will conclude with the creation of a hand-made item. The course is held once a week by prior booking, also for individual students.
